Alan Cross

  • "Finally...YAY! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cross! Dr. Cross is kind, caring, compassionate, and is well educated on the latest techniques, and modalities to help bring the body back into balance for optimal healing. An on the job injury 4 years ago left me with constant headaches, severe neck pain, and a brain injury. When establishing with Dr. Cross, he sent me for X-rays, which showed my Atlas had rotated 5 degrees, and has since treated me with the Atlas-Orthogonal method, which gives me immediate relief. No other physician even thought to do that! Dr. Cross understands that no two people are the same, nor can their treatments be the same. Therefore he is acutely aware of which treatments can be used on an individual to maximize their bodies own unique healing potential. I highly recommend him!!!"

  • "I am very pleased to have the opportunity to write this testimonial on behalf of Dr. Alan Cross.

My case is one of personal injury resulting from a car accident. Having had experience with Atlas Orthogonal chiropractic many years ago back in East, I wanted to find a practitioner here who had gone beyond the basic and traditional chiropractic modality to include Atlas Orthogonal training, since I know first hand that it is highly effective and efficient when/if applicable to treatment.

Such practitioners are relatively rare. However, with this goal in mind, I found Dr. Cross here in the Tucson area. To add to my good fortune, I learned that his professional training includes ongoing continuing education and advanced certification in handling personal injury cases."

  • "Dr. Cross is a superb doctor. Believe it, or not, he has helped me with every health issue, including doing research and reporting things my other doctors didn't know. Dr. Cross advises on permanent fixes, such as exercises to strengthen weak muscles, health programs, vitamins, supplements, and things I should read and research on my own to expand my health knowledge. Keep up the great work, Dr. Cross."

  • "A trunk lid caused a blow to the back of my head and upper spine that left me with terrible neck and head pain. The ER had concluded there was no concussion and told me to take pain pills. I couldn't tip my head back to drink a glass of water without excruciating pain. I decided to see Dr. Cross because he had helped me in the past.

I was adjusted by Dr. Cross on a Wednesday afternoon. I felt a somewhat better immediately, then the next day the pain was about 3/4 gone. By Friday I forgot about it until Saturday when I realized the pain was completely gone. I never needed any pills."

  • "Dr. Cross is not only the best chiropractor I have ever seen but he is also one of the most kind, caring and good-hearted individuals I have ever met. Dr. Cross treats patients as people with feelings, not as money making tools. He has a dry, sarcastic sense of humor and before I knew him I wasn't sure if he meant well or not, but I can assure you, he does! His wait times are consistentantly less than 5 minutes and appointments can be as short as 15/20 minutes if you need them to be. He will work with your schedule to get you in.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am that I chose Dr Cross. I hope you do as well. :)"
    Jamie D.
  • "I had a pinched nerve in my neck. It was so bad my hands went numb. I called Dr. Alan Cross and he got me in immediately. It only took one session and I was as good as new. He was not only very knowledgeable, his prices are affordable. I would not go anywhere else now."
    Gabe M.
  • "The pain was intense, could not hold my head up let alone open my eyes, could not get out of a chair without help, I believed my body was dying. Called my son for help (my son is chiropractor in WA state) he searched information for the type of doctor my body needed. My son found Dr. Alan Cross. We called and Dr. Cross met us in an office near my home. X-rays, exam and adjustment began. I, now am back to working, moving and walking, hopefully within a year might be walking miles instead of half miles. So, yes, I am very thankful Dr. Alan Cross is here. My well being is much better and my outlook has improved tremendously."
    Laura B.
  • "I have been going to Dr. Cross for 10 years. I can't say enough good things about him. He intuitively knows what adjustment I need. I look forward to my adjustments. It's like magic!"

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
